Dr. Susan Bennett currently serves as Vice President of Nursing Practice for Strategic Healthcare group LLC. Dr. Bennett has a wealth of experience consulting with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, insurance and trade associations on a broad range of clinical and operational topics. Most recently, Dr. Bennett was the Director of Quality and Education for Management and Network Services. Her work there was instrumental in improving the quality of patient care delivery programs for several national health insurers while reducing lead time and costs. Dr. Bennett utilizes her Lean program experience as well as her nursing background to help improve the quality, safety and efficiency of blood utilization practices in our client hospitals.
