Information Technology Director
 Michael Tharpe is the IT Director for Strategic Healthcare Group LLC. He brings a diverse infrastructure technology background that spans a variety of disciplines including Process Driven Information Technology (ITIL v3), Enterprise Infrastructure Design, Enterprise Datacenter Virtualization (VCP v3), and a wide range of platform and application knowledge.
Prior to joining Strategic Healthcare Group, Mr. Tharpe served as Senior System Administrator for Conseco Services. During his tenure, his team designed, implemented and maintained the largest VMware environment in Indiana, providing infrastructure services for all Conseco companies including Colonial Penn, Bankers Life and Causality and 40|86 Advisors employing more than 3,500 world wide. Mr. Tharpe also served as IT Director for Autobase Inc., the leading CRM/SFA software company in the United States, where he set the company forward with leading edge design in virtualization technology, data center mobility, security, federal compliance and service level computing for the enterprise.
